Kevin HIRD - Leeds United - League appearances.

Kevin Hird joined Leeds United in March 1979 from Blackburn Rovers. He spent just over five years

at Elland Road, making 181 league appearances, before a move to his hometown club Burnley in the

summer of 1984. He is pictured above during the 0-0 draw against Liverpool.

Kevin Hird was Britain's costliest full back when he moved from Blackburn Rovers to Leeds United

for £357,000 in February, 1979.
