Gabriela DeBues-Stafford running in her semi-final of the 1500 metres,
in which she finished 2nd. Both semis were slow with no one going
under 4 minutes.
In the final she set a new Canadian record for the distance. She was
at the time the National record holder for the one mile and 1,500m indoors.
