During the 2013 World Championships in Moscow, Orlando defected from Cuba.
The Cuban Athletics federation were none too pleased.

Four years later Orlando is running for Spain and not his
native Cuba and he nearly becomes an Olympic Champion taking the
silver medal in the men's 110 m hurdles.
