Hartmut WEBER - 1982 European 400m Champion.

Hartmut Weber is pictured at in Athens at the 1982 European Championships,
where he set his personal best 400m time of 44.72 seconds.

He also helped win the 4 x 400 metres relay with team mates Erwin Skamrahl,
Harald Schmid and Thomas Giessin.

At the 1983 World Championships he finished fifth in 400 metres and won a
silver medal in the 4 x 400 metres relay with team mates Erwin Skamrahl,
Jörg Vaihinger and Harald Schmid.
