Raul-Roland Spankin action during the 2009 World Championships High Jump final
in Berlin where he finished third.
Raul-Roland won the German National championships three times in the
high jump
and in 2015 the triple jump with a leap of 16.29m.
His best triple jump was 16.44m
set in 2012. An all round athlete he also
competed in the decathlon and scored 7293
in 2017.
