Dina Asher-Smith winning Great Britain's first gold medal at the 2019 World Championships,
in the women's 200 metres. Dina clocked 21.88 seconds to win in a new British record time.
She improved her own GB record for the distance set when winning the European 200m title
in Berlin the previous year (21.89). A new UK record by one hundredth of a second !
It was her second national record of the week after her 10.83 in the 100m, when winning
the silver medal.

Dina Asher-Smith winning her 200m semi-final in 22.16 seconds. She also won
her heat and throughout the competition was the fastest runner at each stage.
Naturally she was in the final !
