Jake WIGHTMAN - Great Britain & N.I. - Fifth in 1500m at World Championships

He and Matthew Centowitz (along side him) both qualified as the two

fastest losers for the final: 3:36.72 and 3:37.77 (Jake). The smaller

Both ran P.B.s in the final.

On 14th. August 2020 Jake set a new P.B. of 3:29.47 when he

finished third at the Monaco Diamond League meeting. Second placed

man Jacob Ingebrigtsen set a new European Record of 3:28.68 behind

Timothy Cheruiyot's 3:38.45.
