Ashleigh Nelson crosses the 100m finish line to win the bronze medal at the
2014 European Championship in Zurich. Later at the championships she won a gold medal in
the women's 4 x 100 relay, with the British quartet breaking the UK record (42.24) - see below.
Her time in the final was very close to her then PB of 11.19 seconds.

On 28th August, again in Zurich, she repeated the feat with another UK record of 42.21 in the 4x100m relay.
Below Ashleigh is handing the baton to Anyika Onuora in the semi final at the European Championships.
Anyika did not run the final in Zurich but was one of the quartet that set the second record two weeks later.
