Doug Walker is pictured above winning the 200 metres at the 1998 European Championships
in Budapest.
He failed a drugs test in 1998 but was acquitted in 1999 by UK Athletics.
The IAAF did however overturn that decision and he received a two-year doping ban in 2000.
In 1997 he won a bronze medal in the men's 4 x 100m at the World Championships in Athens.
