Dwyain Cowan is seen here running in the morning heats of the men's 4x400 metres relay.
The final was in the evening - in fact the last event of the Championships.
Dwyain was timed at 44.1 for his leg in the final.

Dwyain also ran in the individual 400 metres, qualifying for the semi-finals (45.59 heat).
He had a poor semi (45.96) the slowest of the 24 runners.
Steven Gardiner won Dwyain's semi with a Bahamas record of 43.89.
