Martyn Rooney in full flow running for Great britain during the heats of the men's 4x400 metres.
The heats were held on the morning of the last day and the final was the concluding event of
the evening events, at the 2017 World Championships. Britain did not leave as champions
inspite of the photographer contriving a champions image (inset) but did win the bronze medal.
Martyn ran the fourth leg and can be seen below hanging on to the teams from the USA and Trinidad
and Tobago as the race reaches its' climax. Britian just held off the Borlée brothers !
He time was given as 44.4
