final at the 2006 European Championships in Gothenburg. Sam surged
through late on to grab the bronze medal in a time of 1: 46.64, just
pipping Latvia's Dmitrijs Milkevics (purple vest and shorts). The
Dutchman Bram Som (orange & black) won the gold medal and
Luxembourg's David Fiegen (red & blue) the silver.
