women's 20km Walk at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Riguado's time of 1.27.12
was a new PB and this was her second bronze medal success at a major event following
her third place finish at the 2006 European Championships.

Four years later at the 2012 Olympic Games she finished 7th. in the 20k race walk 1:27.36 (SB).
In 2013 she was 5th at the World Championships in Moscow 1:28.41 (SB).
