Gianmarco Tamberi celebrates winning the high jump competition and showing off
his Olympic medal. However, he was in Zurich at the time, at their Diamond League
meeting, not in Japan..
In Switzerland he won with 2.34m but did not share first place (Barshim was at home).
In Tokyo the pair chose to share the Gold medal having the same identical st of jumps
in the two hour competition. The first joint Olympic podium in athletics
since 1912.
