Chelsea is pictured above during the final of the women's Long Jump at the
2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. She produced an excellent performance to
finish just outside the medals in 4th place with a new PB jump of 6.79m.
Hammond trained to compete for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London,
but missed out of the national trials by a career-ending stress fracture of her spine
