Wojciech NOWICKI - Poland - Hammer bronze medal 2019 World Championships.

Wojciech, thanks to a little confusion, won his their bronze medal at a World

Championships - to add to his Olympic bronze. Even his P.B. (80.47m)

would not have won him the gold medal in Doha.

Every finalist was introduced through the door, with a background

of their National colours.

2019 World Athletics Championships. Doha, Qatar.

***  Wojciech Nowicki was awarded a bronze medal following

irregularities in the conduct of the competition which disadvantaged the

Polish athlete. The opening throw by Bence Halász was perhaps invalid - his only

other valid throw was 73.76.  So two medals for Poland. Nice.
