Denis Kudryavtsev is pictured above winning his semi final of the men's 400 metre hurdles
at the 2015 World Championships, in Beijing. His time was a personal best of 48.23 as
was his P.B. of 48.51 in his heat. He then added a third best ever time in the final of 48.05,
which was also the fastest ever by a Russian hurdler. Quit an impressive three days !
Perhaps what was not so impressive was his style over the last hurdle in his semi.
