Gulnara GALKINA - Russia - 2008 Olympic Games champion & World record holder.

Gulnara Samitova-Galkina won both the 800 and 1500 metres races at the Russian Team Championships

in June 2009, clocking a personal best of 2:00.29 in the 800m and a world leading time over 1500m.

However, at the World Championships she ran in the 3,000m steeplechase.
