Janus Robberts in action at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester.
He won the shot put title four years later in Melbourne (19.76m) and had a best
throw of 21.97 set in 2001. He was the African Champion in 2002 and 2004,
followed by a silver medal in 2006 and a bronze medal in 2008.
His best discus throw was 62.37 set in 2002 at Baton Rouge, LA.
