Courtney FRERICHS - U.S.A. - 2020 Olympic silver medal in steeplechase

Courtney Frerichs pictured above at the start of the steeplechase

event at the Zurich Diamond League where she finished third (9:8.74).

The 29 year old ran a season best to win her Olympic Medal in Tokyo

but just two weeks after The Games set a US record of 8:57.77 in Eugene,

the first US athlete to break the nine minute barrier and only the fourth

women ever to go below nine minutes.
