Courtney Frerichs clears the water jump during the final of the women's
3,000 metres steeplechase in London. She took the silver medal from the
defending champions Hyvin Jekemoi but was unable to match the speed
of winner Emma Coburn. None the less she set a new personal best time.
The inset image was taken three days earlier during the heats of the event.
She improved her previous best time by 15 seconds !
