Donavan BRAZIER - U.S.A. - 2019 World 800m Championship victory in record time.

22 years old Donavan Brazier crosses the finish line of the men's 800 metres  final

in a new Championship record of 1:42.34. It was also a new United Stated and NACAC*

record for the distance. 

 

Johnny Gray's 1:42.60 from 1985 was the previous U.S.A. record time.

* North, Central American and Caribbean.
