Natasha Hastings winning heat 5 at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka.
She failed to progress past the semi finals but helped the USA team reach
the final of the women's 4x400m. She ran in the heat but not the final - nonetheless
that gave her a gold medal.
At the 2008 Olympic games she again was awarded a gold relay medal but did not run
in the actual final (running a 49.97 split in heat two).
Fourth place at the 2016 Olympics was her highest individual position in a final.
She finished 5th at the 2013 World Championships in Moscow.
