Mykhaylo KOKHAN - Ukraine - Fifth place at 2019 World Championships.

Mykhaylo Kokhan's fifth throw was his best and in fact his best

ever throw. Earlier in the year he won the European U20 Championship

with a record 84.73m (using a lighter hammer).

In 2017 he was the World U18 champion.

2019 World Athletics Championships. Doha, Qatar.

***  Wojciech Nowicki was awarded a bronze medal following

irregularities in the conduct of the competition which disadvantaged the

Polish athlete. The opening throw by Bence Halász was perhaps invalid - his only

other valid throw was 73.76.  So two medals for Poland. Nice.
