Kim Hughes is pictured above during his fine knock of 89 in Australia's 1st innings of the 3rd
Test at Headingley, Leeds in July 1981. Hughes' efforts helped Australia to a total of 401 and
they looked to be cruising to victory after dismissing England for only 174 and then reducing
them to 135-7 following on. That was, of course, until Ian Botham took centre stage
and the rest, as they say, is history.
