Marc Albrighton playing for the Foxes against Arsenal in the third Round of the
Carabao
(League) Cup at the King Power Stadium. The Gunners won 2-0.
Bukayo Saka is the
Arsenal player. 23rd September 2020.
However, in the Cup competition that REALLY matters Marc played his part in the
Foxes'
victory at the 2021 F.A.Cup Final at Wembley Stadium.
Albrighton came on
in the 34th minute in place of injured Johnny Evans to achieve a winners
medal to add
2016 Premiership winners medal. He was one of the quartet of City players
to do the
double along with Wes Morgan, Kasper Schmeichel and Jamie Vardy.
Some achievement for a free transfer !
