After retiring from football Barry became a pundit for Sky Sports before moving to
the U.S.A. where he became a property developer. In 2016, he was given the
head coaching role at Orange County Blues, his first return to football after being
away from the game for over a decade. In 2017 Logan Pause, six games for the US
National team, took over the role.
