Ronan O'Gara is pictured above during the match against France in the 2011 RBS Six Nations Championship.
# The game against South Africa in November 2010 was Ronan's 100th cap for his country. He became
only the third Irishman to reach this landmark, following on from John Hayes and Brian
O'Driscoll. O'Gara later commented: "I'm very proud to have won 100 caps. It's great to have followed
Brian O'Driscoll and John Hayes into the history books. They're two good friends and great players.
I'm delighted to achieve it. It was a big day for my family and for Munster too. It's a good
achievement to reach 100 caps because very few players have done it. I'm very lucky. I enjoyed
having an impact but it's just a pity it didn't change the outcome because I play sport to win."
Played 128: Won 73, Drawn 3, Lost 52.
