Six years after winning the title for the first time Sally Pearson triumphed again,
in the women's 100 metres hurdles, this time in London. Running against the 2008
Olympic champion Dawn Harper-Nelson and the World record holder Kendra Harrison
Sally led from the start winning with a time of 12.59 seconds. The photos above
show the finalists crossing the finish line and (inset) the field clearing the sixth hurdle.
Sally Pearson announced her retirement form athletics on 6th. August 2019.
