Mansoor is pictured above (1251) at the head of the field alongside
Augustine Kiprono Choge (2255) and Abdalaati Iguider (2392) during the final
of the men's 1500m at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Ali went on to finish
in 8th place in a time of 3.35.23, with his team mate Rashid Ramzi
(immediately behind him in the photo above) winning gold.
He was born John Yego on 17 October 1988 in Kenya.
