Salwa Eid NASER - Bahrain - Silver medal in 400m at 2017 World Championships.

Salwa Eid Naswer chases down the leaders in the final of the women's 400 metres in London,
to snatch the silver medal and become one (if not the) biggest surprises of the Championships.

In every race, there were three, she set National records saving her best for the final.

2016 Olympic Champions Shaunae Miller-Uibo finished fourth, defending champion Allyson Felix had
settle for the bronze medal and only Phyllis Francis, herself with a personal best, could stop Salwa Eid
winning the Gold. How do you cap that.

Try another National record on 1st. September at the Diamond
League Ivo Van Damme meeting: 49.88 seconds !  All this as a teenager.
