Christina is pictured above during the final of the women's Javelin at the 2005
World Championships in Helsinki. She produced a fine performance to finish in
fourth place with a new National Record throw of 63.43m, in what was her first
final at a major championship. Her personal best throw was 64.83 which was a
Danish record. Scherwin was the Danish national champion in the event in 2000,
2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.
