Ihab El Sayed Abdelrahman with his silver medal in Beijing. Eight years earlier
he won the same medal at the World Junior Championship in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
And in 2010 he won the African Championships. But Beijing was his first medal
at one of the two 'Majors". He finished 7th at the 2013 World Championships.
In 2016 he tested positive for a banned substance and was not allowed to
compete in the Rio Olympic Games.
