Tero Pitkämäki salutes the crowd in Beijing at the medal presentation for the men's
javelin. It was his third throw that won him the bronze medal but Thomas Röhler's
sixth and final effort of 87.41 gave Tero a nervous moment. Röhler won the event
at the following year's Olympic Games.
