for Great Britain in Amsterdam where they won the bronze medal behind
Belgium (3:01.10) and Poland (3:01.18). All three teams recorded season best times.
Jack also competed in the 400m hurdles, where he ran the fourth fastest time of
the Championships (48.98) but failed to finish in the final (DNF) - won in 48.98.
The trio of Yasmani Copello 48.42, Karsten Warholm 48.84 and Kariem Hussei 48.87.
