As the results below show three men won bronze medals in the high jump. All had identical clearances
and failures at the same heights. They all cleared 2.29m on the same attempt.
In June Robert won the European title with 2.31m. See below.

Robert Grabarz competing at the 2012 European Championships where he won the
Gold medal in the high jump with a leap of 2.31m..
His personal best jump at the time was 2.36 metres, a height he cleared at the New York
Diamond League meeting on the 9 June 2012.
To better that, on August 23rd. in Lausanne Robert equalled Steve Smith's U.K. record of 2:37m.
Steve also won an Olympic bronze medal in the high jump, at the 1996 Atlanta Games.
