Asah Phillips in action during her heat of the women's 100 metres at the
2014 European Championships in Zurich. She ran 11.28 to qualify for the semi finals
but her 11.19 in that race just failed to get her into the final.
A big consolation came on the last day of the Championships when she won a Gold medal in the women's 4x100m
relay with a new British record of 42.24.
On 28th August, again in Zurich, she repeated the feat with another UK record of 42.21 in the 4x100m relay..
