The sequence of pictures above show Matt Elias lunging for the line with England's Daniel Caines in the 4x400m relay
at the 2002 Commonwealth Games. Caines held off the challenge of the Welshman to clinch the Gold medal
by just 1 hundredth of a second. The bottom right picture shows the disappointment for Matt after his
superb final leg had come so close to winning the Gold medal.
