A determined Mo Farah is pictured above (588) leading the field at the bell during the final of the mens 5000m at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka. Farah, the silver medallist at the 2006 Euro Champs, was forced to settle for sixth place, with the gold going to Bernard Lagat (directly behind Eliud Kipchoge, no. 768), Kipchoge himself winning silver and Uganda's Moses Ndiema Kipsiro (yellow vest) bronze.
