Usain BOLT - Jamaica - 2016 Olympic Games: The Triple Triple. Except....

At the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in Brazil, Usain Bolt became the first sprinter to win

three 100 metres Gold medals.

He then followed that unique feat by becoming the first sprinter to win three gold

medals in the men's 200 metres.

Then he helped Jamaica win the men's 4x100 and thereby won a third gold medal

at The Games.

2016: 2012: 2008.   3 x 3 x 3 = 9.

It confirmed him as the greatest Olympic runner of all time,

with a total of nine* gold medals.  And he was still not thirty years old.

However, in January 2017 Usain lost his first relay gold medal (2008) following

the disqualification of the team because of a retesting of Nesta Carter's fluid samples.
