Championships in Helsinki. Despite running a new national record time of 30:30.26,

Masai was unable to replicate her bronze medal winning performance of two years previously in Paris,

finishing fifth behind Tirunesh Dibaba (204), Berhane Adere (200), Ejagayehu Dibaba (the other athlete in green)
