Iness is pictured above during the heats of the women's 5000m at the
2009 World Championships in Berlin. She went on to qualify for the
final, finishing in a creditable 6th place in a time of 15.06.06.
Chenonge won a 5000m bronze medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in
Manchester when just 20 years of age, the results of which are also
listed below.
She also won the bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2010 (Delhi, India)
