Paul Tanui and Mo Farah stride out together at the front of the men's 10,000 metres final,
at the 2013 World Championships in Moscow. Paul finished third - his first individual medal
at a Major Championships. As a cross country runner he had already won three gold medals
as a team member for Kenya: 2010 and 2011 and before that in 2009 as a junior. He was 9th. in Daegu
two years earlier in the 2011 World Championships 10,000 metres.
