Jakob INGEBRIGTSEN - Norway - Gold & Silver at 2023 World Championships.

Jakob Ingebrigsten, two days after being beaten in the the 1500 metres final, returned

to defend his 5000m title and history nearly repeated after another battling race finish.

However, this time he won by 1.4 seconds, compared to losing by 2.7 seconds in the

1500m. The photos above show Jakob in his heat and the smaller images his battling

race finish with Mohamed Katir.
