HE DID WHAT !
He won the 5,000 metres at the 2018 European Championships two days after winning the men's
1.500m, when he should perhaps be contesting the junior championships : not the men's.
Seventeen year old Jakob Ingebrigtsen once again lead the Ingebrigtsen brothers home in another
sensational evening's running. His time in the 1,500 was modest, but not so in the 5,000. A new
European under 20 record of 13:17.06, with elder brother winning the silver medal.
Jackob is pictured above crossing the finish line. The elbow in the picture is his brother's.
