Nelson Évora jumping a season best to win the men's triple jump - his first outdoor European
title, for the twice European indoor champion. He did of course win the Olympic Gold medal in 2008
and the World Championship in 2007. Way back in 2001 he won the European Youth Olympic Festival
in Murcia, Spain (7.49m). His personal best of 17.74 was set in 2007.
