In September 2015 the IAAF confirmed that Noskov was provisionally suspended after
a sample from an out-of-competition control in Saransk in June had been found positive
traces of a prohibited substance. Five other Russians were also suspended.
Noskov then 'disappeared' from the sport. O BLAST ! He may have thought.
