Kseniya RYZHOVA during her heat of the women's 400m at the 2013
World Championships in Moscow - where she finised 7th. in the Final.
She later won a gold medal in the 4x400 metres. Russia's team was
Yuliya Gushchina, Tatyana Firova, Kseniya Ryzhova,
and Antonina Krivoshapka. However they lost the medals after
drug testing discovered abuses.
Russia finished 4th in 2015 with Kseniya again running the third leg.

On March 7, 2014, at the 2014 World Indoor Championships, Ryzhova was tested
for illegal substances, and the test subsequently revealed trimetazidine.
She was disqualified for nine months.
