Pascal Martinot-Lagarde just has the advantage as the finalist in the men's
110m hurdles clear the last barrier and that is how the verdict went.
The champion in 2012 and 2014 Sergey Shubenkov representing the so called
Authorised Neutral Athletes (Russia was banned) just failed to add another gold
medal to his collection (World champion in 2015) though the pair shared the same time.
