Lalonde Gordon was a member of the Trinidad and Tobago teams that won gold medal
at the 2017 World Championships, silver at the 2015 World Championships and bronze
at the 2016 World Indoor Championships. At the 2014 Commonwealth Games, he won
two bronze medals, in the 400 m and the 4 x 400m.
